Orders

How can I place an order?

Simply choose the football shirt you want, select your size, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at primekits.contact@gmail.com.

We will do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide. 🌎

No matter where you are, you can order from Prime Kits.

How long does shipping take?

Our estimated delivery time is:

1–3 business days for order processing
7–12 business days for shipping

This means the estimated total delivery time is approximately 8–15 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active.

Can my order be delayed?

Although most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to customs, courier services, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order.

If you are between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Are your football shirts authentic?

Our products are football-inspired shirts sold by Prime Kits. Product descriptions will specify the characteristics of each item.

Will the shirt look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight differences in colour may occur depending on your screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. Customers may be able to return their order in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

For eligible orders, the standard withdrawal period is generally 14 days from receiving the goods.
